The Nicholas Owen Department (3-6 years)

The Pre Prep department operates in a modern, purpose built building called The Nicholas Owen Block on the main school site. Each classroom is fitted with the latest technology including Smartboards and computers and provides a safe and stimulating environment for each boy. Classes sizes are small and benefit from a low teacher : pupil ratio, catering for boys of all abilities. Each class has a class teacher and classroom assistant. The Pre Prep department is very much part of the whole school: all boys have access to all the facilities of the Upper School and there is integration with teaching staff and older boys on a daily basis.

The department has six classes:

Blandyke 4M (Nursery)

Blandyke 4S (Reception)

Blandyke 5(1) and 5(2) (Year One)

Berchmans 1 and 2 (Year Two)
